I've just been browsing [Sophia] Rosamond Praeger's "Old-Fashioned Verses", which was given to my Grandmother, Mollie Lavery, in 1948. What a delight to find that you have honoured her with a blue plaque. 09.11.2008 05:15 pm

Just seen on the BBC News site: " .... A blue plaque will be unveiled on the former home of the author who wrote The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. Belfast-born novelist CS Lewis, who died in 1963, lived at The Kilns, now called Lewis Close, in Headington, Oxford, from 1930 until his death........ " Glad to see that UHC was first! 28.07.2008 04:54 pm

It is very heartwarming to know that at least one of our relatives way back in time actually done something worthwhile for their country or heritage. I wonder if I am related to Francis M Adams? Keep up the great work and may you go from strength to strength. Kind regards from Coleraine, on the North Coast of Northern Ireland. 07.06.2008 03:24 am

As a new student at the School of Geography at Queen's, I am very excited to know about such an excellent initiative. I wish if I could know more about the initiative and someway contribute to it's advancement. 01.05.2008 12:18 pm

Great to read about the very special people we are. Living in Oz now but proud to be from NI and the great niece of John Luke. I can remember my granny actually destroying some of his work in a family feud in our back garden in Newtownards. 24.04.2008 04:46 pm
